Technical Recruiter

Description:

Dautom is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join its recruitment team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

This role is suitable for a recruitment professional with a proven background in agency recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical positions.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate engagement and closing.

• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

• Conduct candidate assessments and ensure suitable matches for open roles.

• Track recruitment activities and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.

• Proven experience in agency recruitment is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Only UAE-based candidates will be considered.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
