About the Role

📍 Based in the UAE

📊 Reports directly to the Business Development Manager

🛠 Works closely with technical and service delivery teams

 

You will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to facility managers, property teams, and consultants
  • Identify and engage clients across sectors such as FM, real estate, and infrastructure
  • Understand client pain points and recommend tailored technical testing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to scope proposals and deliver value
  • Research the market to uncover new service opportunities and trends

  • Experience in technical sales or business development in the FM, property, construction, or building services sector
  • A background or interest in building performance, inspections, or compliance-based services
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • 2-4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
