ZKTeco Middle East is looking for a talented and dedicated Technical Support Technician to join its expanding operations in Dubai. This role involves providing hands-on support for the company’s advanced access control and biometric systems, ensuring seamless functionality and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, resolving technical issues efficiently, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair access control and biometric systems.
• Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and training for clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with sales and engineering departments to deliver integrated service solutions.
• Keep accurate documentation of service requests, installations, and repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest software updates and hardware technologies related to security systems.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven experience in technical support or system maintenance.
• Expertise in access control systems, biometric devices, and related security technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
