Hiring Tele Sales Consultant
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Industry or similar industry.
Desired Candidate:
- Candidate must be currently present in U.A.E.
- Should have experience in Tele sales.
- Immediate Joiner.
- Good Communication and Sales skills.
- Go-getter and Optimistic attitude.
- Languages preferred : English, Hindi, Arabic, Russian
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Calling clients in need through cold calling, provided leads, advertising mediums.
- Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns over calls.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.
- Conducting negotiations with the clients over call.
- Following-up with the Tele-Sales manager on Regular basis.
- Undergoing training if required.
