Description:
As a Hindi-speaking Call Center Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into loyal customers. Your role will be pivotal in providing detailed information about our products/services, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into sales and maintaining high conversion rates.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services, explaining their value to clients effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the Head of Sales, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales (preferably in a call center environment).
- Fluent in Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience handling calls professionally, with a strong ability to engage clients over the phone.
- Sales acumen and proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Forex trading is a plus but not required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and persistence, with a focus on building meaningful client relationships.
