Telecaller

We are a travel planner startup in Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making inbound calls to potential customers and partners, providing service information, and generating leads. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential business partners and introducing our services

• Generating leads and setting up appointments for sales representatives

• Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any doubts

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database with relevant information

• Achieving daily and monthly targets

• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the best possible customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role. Previous experience in a travel agency will be appreciated

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in English is a must

• Knowledge of microsoft office is a plus
