Telecalling Executive

Description:

A growing organization is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and are driven to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building customer relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective communication and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customers

• Present and explain services clearly to generate interest and leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

• Accurately update and manage customer information in the system

• Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication throughout the process

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is preferred
