Key Responsibilities

✔️ Execute Proof-of-Concept (POC) installations, configurations, and testing
✔️ Perform functional, integration & interoperability testing
✔️ Troubleshoot defects and provide first-line technical support during POCs
✔️ Support multi-vendor integrations (e.g., 5G Core with RAN)
✔️ Analyse logs, traces, KPIs, and performance metrics
✔️ Prepare technical documentation (Test Results, LLDs, Installation Guides)
✔️ Support customer demos, workshops, and technical presentations
✔️ Ensure all configurations and test outcomes are properly documented
✔️ Escalate complex issues to R&D when required

What You Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
💼 2-5 years of hands-on telecom engineering / integration / technical support experience
📡 Knowledge of 4G/5G signalling (SIP, Diameter, HTTP/2, SCP) and IP networking
🌐 Experience in at least one domain: Mobile Core, RAN, or IP/Transport
🛠 Hands-on experience with network testing tools
🧠 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
🗣 Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams
✈️ Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
