JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.

· Calling clients in need through cold calling, provided leads, advertising mediums.

· Updating Leads in the CRM on daily basis.

· Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns over calls.

· Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.

· Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.

· Conducting negotiations with the clients over call.

· Following-up with the Tele-Sales manager on Regular basis.

· Undergoing training if required.
