Leads Freight LLC is currently expanding its team and is seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join its Dubai operations, based in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new business leads
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable logistics service solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Coordinate closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to achieve targets
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Preferred nationality: Non-Indian candidates
