A3 is currently seeking a confident and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, enjoy engaging with clients over the phone, and are passionate about building a successful career in sales within the advertising and brand solutions sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in generating leads, promoting advertising services, and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation activities

• Present and promote advertising and branding solutions to prospective clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable, customized solutions

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales or a similar sales role

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Proven track record of successfully closing deals over the phone

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized with strong time management skills
