Math Quotient Education Support Services is a Dubai, UAE-based Ed-tech startup that aims to provide linkages between students who want to become an expert in Mathematics and talented individuals who are willing to guide students to achieve this aim across the geographical boundary. MQ is the brainchild of Mr. Himanshu Jain, an IIT Delhi alumni of batch 2010. 

Currently, we are training students across 4 continents and 7 countries.

Role: Telesales Officer

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to generating sales for our company.
• closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience. (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3000-AED 4000 (Negotiable)
