Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contacting potential and existing customers through outbound calling and initiating sales
• Answering customers' questions about the products
• Enter and update customer's information in the database
• Preparing and sending quotations
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably female with minimum experience of 2 years in Telesales B2C selling Stationary or IT Products
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Must be determined to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Salary is AED 3500 plus incentives. Visa and medical insurance will be provided. Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
