Telesales Executive

Description:

Elite Concept LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive for IT Solutions who will be responsible for selling our software products and solutions to potential clients, conducting software demos, troubleshooting client issues, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective clients. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be willing to visit client offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's IT solutions and products.
• Schedule software demos and conduct them over the phone or in person.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and tailor software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot any client issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Close sales by presenting pricing and subscription options and overcoming objections.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
• Attend client meetings as needed, which may require travel to client offices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience conducting software demos and troubleshooting client issues.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client offices as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
