Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Cold call potential leads to assess their interest in purchasing real estate. Qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to buy, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the Sales Manager.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and the Sales Manager, coordinating schedules and setting up either in-person meetings or virtual meetings via Zoom.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing the Sales Manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments, reminders, and follow-ups. Help in preparing and organizing weekly sales and leads reports, contributing to the strategic planning of sales initiatives.
  • Client Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with potential clients, providing initial information about our services and the benefits of investing with us.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system with lead status, feedback from potential clients, and outcomes of scheduled meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for team review.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or a similar role in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience in handling personal assistant duties preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to prepare reports and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus.
