Al Hodood is recruiting on behalf of Ezoic, a rapidly expanding ERP software company committed to delivering innovative digital solutions that streamline business operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Position Overview:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for proactively engaging prospective clients via outbound calls, presenting and promoting Ezoic’s ERP software solutions. The role demands clear communication of product features and benefits, diligent lead follow-up, and accurate maintenance of client records within the CRM system. This position is critical to achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain ERP software products.

• Follow up on sales leads generated through marketing efforts and referrals.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.

• Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

• 2 to 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in the software, IT, or ERP sectors.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls with professionalism and persistence.

• Basic understanding of software or IT products is advantageous.

• Valid UAE visa (spouse, family, or own visa).

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (with some operational activities in Abu Hail, Dubai)
