📢 We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive – SME Banking | Dubai

Are you passionate about Sales & Banking solutions for small businesses? PAISA, a fintech and corporate advisory platform, is expanding its SME Banking vertical, and we're looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join our team.

🧩 Role:

• Contact SME clients and present PAISA’s banking advisory services
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up to close deals
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts
• Coordinate with banking partners for client onboarding
• Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets

🎯 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of telesales or outbound calling experience (preferably in Banking or Financial services)
• Knowledge of SME products like trade finance, term loans, overdrafts, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Self-motivated, with strong client engagement focus
