Telesales Executive

 

Description:

Bayanat Smart Systems is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales of our Fleet & Workshop Management Solutions. This role involves connecting with workshops, car-care centers, distributors, and insurance companies via phone and online channels, presenting our solutions, closing deals, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients, including workshops, car-care centers, distributors, and insurance companies.
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and demos, explaining the value of our solutions.
  • Close deals and coordinate with onboarding and support teams.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Record activities and progress in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback to improve the product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid UAE residency / work permit.
  • Strong command of English and Hindi/Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of applications, software solutions, and SaaS concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs in a remote/office-based telesales role.
