Telesales Representative

Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Tele caller to join our team at JSR GLOBAL VACATION HOME RENTALS.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Proactively engage with homeowners through telephone, email, and in-person communication to meet recruitment targets.

·        Ensure prompt follow-up on direct enquiries and applications to maximize conversions.

·        Establish and maintain valuable relationships with new and existing homeowners.

·        Process all applications in line with our recruitment strategy to maintain an updated database.

·        Explore new methods for recruiting properties beyond the current approaches.

·        Effectively communicate updates to homeowners regarding any changes regarding their property.

Requirements:

·        Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.

·        Pleasant personality with confidence in client interactions.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.

·        Strong organizational skills.

·        Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
