Telesales Representative

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customer and, generating leads, and converting calls to sales. This is a full time job and you will be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications
 

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Work experience as a tele caller, customer service representative or any prior experience speaking to customers over the phone or in person would be desirable
• Customer Support and Sales experience
• Ability to build rapport and create a positive customer experience
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Good time management skills
• Basic understanding of Real Estate in Dubai
