Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote healthcare, childcare, and related service offerings.

• Understand the customer’s needs and present appropriate service plans and packages.

• Handle inquiries professionally, provide detailed product/service information, and resolve client concerns.

• Build and maintain a strong customer database and follow up on leads to close sales.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Continuously improve sales techniques through training and performance feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of proven telesales experience, preferably in the healthcare, childcare, or service sectors.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (other languages are a plus).

• Ability to provide tailored solutions and build long-term customer relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
