Telesales Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong call center background, and be proficient in handling client inquiries, providing timely support, and contributing to the growth of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Calls: Initiate calls to all leads in the CRM system to introduce and present the company’s products and services.
  • Lead Engagement: Ask insightful questions during calls to better understand the lead's needs, preferences, and requirements.
  • Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings, counseling sessions, or demo classes and refer leads to the appropriate branch/location based on their preferences.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and lead conversion progress to senior management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all products and services offered and inform clients accordingly.
  • Admission Process Support: Assist students and Business Unit heads throughout the admission process, addressing queries and helping clients with documentation.
  • Test Review: Collaborate with the Test Prep team to review student test results and provide feedback within 24-48 hours.
  • Feedback & Reviews: Collect feedback from prospects and encourage Google reviews to improve the company’s online reputation.
  • Application Review: Review student applications (e.g., UCAS, Common App, OUAC) to ensure they meet eligibility and academic requirements.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in tele calling, customer service, or call center roles.

 

Experience in the educational sector is preferred.

  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong call center industry knowledge.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and understand their needs.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
