Telesales Specialist

Description:

As a Telesales Officer for our Credit Card and Personal Loan DSA (AAFAQ ISLAMIC FINANCE and SHARJAH ISLAMIC BANK), your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our credit card and personal loan products. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting product features and benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our credit card and personal loan products
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall team performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
• Strong sales skills and ability to persuade customers to purchase our products
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
