Telesales Specialist

 

Description:

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in the UK and the US. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through proactive outreach via social media channels and telemarketing campaigns. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our suite of services tailored to their requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • - Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the UK and the US to pitch consulting services.
  • - Utilize social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster long-term partnerships.
  • - Understand client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
  • - Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
  • - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements:

 

  • - Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the HR consulting industry.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • - Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in sales generation.
  • - Experience in handling objections and closing sales deals.
  • - Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate international clients.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
