Telesales Team Leader

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of highly skilled and motivated Telesales Representatives

• Independently resolve all queries regarding our product platform and services in a single interaction

• Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives

• Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies

• Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies

• Analysing the performance of the telesales team members

• Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets

• Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports

• Assisting in developing sales scripts

• Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference

• Keeping a track of KPIs, rewards and recognitions for team members

 

Essential Requirements:

• Should have managed end-to-end outbound operations and a large team of 20-25 agents for Telesales for

at least 6-8 years – MANDATORY

• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop a strong team

• Prior experience in Dialer Management and CRM namely Sugar and Samespace – PREFERRED

• Experience in WFM (Scheduling, Capacity Planning & Forecasting) and knowledge in WFM tools like NICE,

Verint & Aspect - PREFERRED

Preferred Qualification:

Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

Previous experience in iGaming/Entertainment/E-Commerce; and Master’s Degree would be an added advantage

Work Location: Ras al Khaimah

Notice period: Immediate to 1 week
