Key Responsibilities: 🕵‍♂️

-Detailed cost for Fit-out and Joinery works
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design projects.
• Calculate quantities of materials, labor, equipment, and services.
• Use software (like AutoCAD, Excel, or estimation tools like PlanSwift or CostX) for accurate calculations.
-Request and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate prices and ensure materials meet quality standards and budget.
-Maintain accurate records of all estimates, quotations, and budget changes.
• Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
-Good Knowledge in material cost and labour charge.

- Civil Engineer
