Multiple vacancies for QA/QC. Engineers
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- To ensure that all the applicable Standards and Specifications as detailed in the I.T.P. are adhered to and to maintain all test and inspection records as objective evidence of compliance with the stated Procedures Standards and Specifications.
- His responsibilities include but not limited to the following.
- Incoming inspection of materials and consumables from supplier as per approved purchase order and specification.
- Monitoring the storage and handling of materials & consumables in accordance with project procedures and as per manufactures recommendation.
- Arranging & Witnessing WQT & PQR. Monitoring dimensional inspection, fit up and weld joints visual inspection.
- To verify correct application of approved weld procedures. Analysis on Repairs and Reworks such as Repairs, Causes and remedy.
- Coordination and witness of NDE activities. Coordinate the preparation of manufacturing record book.
- Coordinate and witness the Material testing with Third party Laboratory.
- Verification on Implementation of proper corrective and preventive actions on project related nonconformance.
- Ensures that all the equipment s & measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated.
- Discuss quality deficiencies, construction deviations and inspection findings with the QC Supervisor & develop solutions.
- Preparing Project specific Surface Preparation and Painting Procedures. Monitoring the testing related to surface Preparation & painting. Monitoring the Painting activities and Inspection.
Minimum Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering
- 5 years’ experience in Steel Fabrication.
