Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media for industry trends and changes that can have a direct positive impact on the company, culture, and community.
- Passion for social media, video, and content reporting
- On-camera presence with high-energy and a big personality
- Video and photography skills for all social channels
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience curating and creating a variety of social media content.
- Deep understanding of Social Media Channel Influence (TikTok), including best practices, functional, user profiles, content creation tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating as necessary.
- Highly organized with the ability to work on many projects with moving timelines.
Qualifications:
- Relevant working experience or network with influencers, celebrities or live streaming platforms.
- Preferred Degree in relevant field such as marketing, journalism, or communications OR commensurate experience and verified certifications.
- Experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred.
- Patient, good communication skills and able to communicate with influencers on a daily basis.
- Have a strong data analysis ability, logical, and self-driven.
- Have the ability to persuade and self-confidence.
- Strong sense of responsibility, coordination and learning abilities.
- Professional, patient communication skills with influencers
- Proficient in both verbal and written Arabic and English
- 1 years as Live streaming influencer experience (preferably beauty and/or luxury experience)
- Ability to work in dynamic & fast paced environments.
- Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to get the job done.
- Exceptional relationship-builder
- Excellent oral and written communication and creative skills
- Excellent analytical skills & high interest to learn about new analytics trends.
- Familiar with Influencers trends & the Beauty world
