Tools Administrator

Description:

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience administering ManageEngine modules and AppDynamics.

· Strong understanding of network, server, and application monitoring concepts.

· Experience in alerting, threshold configuration, and root cause analysis.

· Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management frameworks.

· Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

· ManageEngine Certified Professional (MCP)

· AppDynamics Certified Associate / Professional

· ITIL Foundation v4 Desired Attributes:
