Trade Finance Specialist

A reputable organization in Dubai is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trade Finance Specialist to join its finance and operations team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing trade finance activities, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining smooth coordination between banks, clients, and internal departments.

This position requires strong expertise in international trade processes, particularly in export documentation and Letters of Credit (LC). The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex financial transactions while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end trade finance operations including import and export transactions

• Prepare, review, and process export documentation in accordance with international trade standards

• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other related financial instruments

• Coordinate effectively with banks, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

• Monitor trade transactions and resolve any discrepancies in documentation or payments

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation control

• Support operational efficiency within the trade finance function

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in trade finance is required

• Strong hands-on experience in export documentation and Letters of Credit (mandatory)

• Good understanding of international trade regulations and banking procedures

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities with multiple stakeholders
