Trade Floor Support Engineer

Durlston Partners is working with an elite-level Hedge Fund that is looking for a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

• Front Line: Direct support for Traders, Quants, and C-Suite (White-Glove Service)
• Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Bloomberg, Office 365, Active Directory, MDM, Azure
• Automation: Use PowerShell/Python to kill repetitive tasks
• Speed: Resolve critical trade-floor issues in real-time

You Have:

• 4+ years in Desktop Support (Hedge Fund/Quant Trading background preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals and hardware troubleshooting
• A calm demeanor during high-pressure outages
• A "fix it once, fix it right" mentality
