Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organised Training Coordinator to join our team at Krush Burger.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Will work closely with Managers across all stores to ensure all training materials are delivered up to the standard which includes and not limited to brand training, internal training, employee engagement, rewards & recognition program.
- Assist Onboarding and training of all new joiners to ensure brand standards are met and exceeded.
- Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it with HR consultation.
- Assist in reviewing the mystery shopper results, and taking action where required.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained as per guidelines through training sessions.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, in consultation with Line Managers and HR.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically
- Create and develop training materials and programs, when required
- Ensure all team members training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame
- Conduct audits on an as needed basis, as per audit schedule if required
- Lead and assist in all new UAE store openings, creating and executing training programs
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
