Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR and administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding and document filing.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Translate and proofread HR, administrative, and business documents (Chinese ↔ English) accurately and professionally.
- Assist in drafting official correspondence, internal notices, and basic reports in both Chinese and English.
- Assist with visa and PRO-related coordination through external service providers.
- Manage general office administration, including office supplies, basic logistics coordination, and administrative support.
Position Requirements
- Native or fluent Chinese, with strong written and spoken English (translation accuracy is essential).
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, English, Chinese, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, translation, or office support roles (UAE experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with bilingual documentation is an advantage.
