Translation Internship

We're looking for a motivated intern to join our growing team at Sim Trans. This is a hands-on opportunity for students pursuing Translation, Linguistics, or anyone with a passion for the language industry who wants real-world experience in a professional language services environment.

📌 About the Role

You'll be embedded with our operations team from day one, handling office responsibilities, supporting day-to-day workflows, and steadily taking on more as you grow. On the translation side, you'll work directly alongside our senior linguists, progressing from structured templates to more complex document types. You'll also have full access to industry-leading AI tools to boost your efficiency and output.

🛠 What You'll Do

• Support the operations team with office and administrative tasks

• Learn and gradually take ownership of key operational workflows

• Translate documents across difficulty levels — from templates to complex materials

• Collaborate closely with experienced linguists and a driven, ambitious team

• Leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Perplexity, Gemini) to maximize productivity

✅ What We're Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Translation, Linguistics, or a related language major

• English proficiency: B2 or above

• Arabic proficiency: B2 or above (native speakers strongly encouraged to apply)

• Comfortable using modern AI tools in daily professional tasks

• Eager to learn, self-driven, and a team player
