Role Description

Dar Al Asalah Tourism is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing travel team. As part of our agency, you’ll help clients plan and experience unforgettable trips — from ticketing to destination management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle travel inquiries and bookings (flights, hotels, packages)
• Coordinate with clients and partners for seamless experiences
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements:

• Based in UAE
• Prior travel or tourism experience preferred
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Passion for travel and hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience in a travel agency environment and guided tours
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience in handling business travel arrangements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and relevant software
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel or hospitality are a plus
