Trs Mechanic

Description:

• Minimum 03–04 years experience as TRS Mechanic in Onshore / Offshore Drilling Rig (Jack up rig & Drill ship)
• Rig-Up and Rig-Down Operations & Maintenance
• Troubleshooting during CSG Running Operations
• Installation and replacement of Hydraulic High-pressure Hoses
• Change Rollers, Replace Leaking Hoses, Grapples, Packers, Jaws and defective parts of TRS Equipment
• Carry out regular maintenance of TRS Equipment and related equipment
• Perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance on TRS Equipment
• Maintenance of Smart TRS Equipment and Conventional Power Tongs
• Maintenance of Air Winches, Slips, Spider Elevators, FMS/RMS and related equipment
• Installation of Smart TRS equipment with TDS, Anti Rotation Bracket, Grapples/Packers
• Lubrication of hinge pins & adjustment of TRS Equipment / Tools
• Function Testing of Smart TRS Equipment, HPU and Power Tongs
• Calibration of Torque Gauges, Electronic & Hydraulic Load Cells, Remote Units
• Maintenance, Testing & Calibration of Premium Connection Torque Monitoring Systems
• Reporting malfunctioning of alarm systems for rectification
• Operations & Maintenance Training of Smart TRS Equipment / Conventional Power Tongs of various sizes and makes
