Description:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who will help us turn our cutting-edge SW offering into an easy-to-use product for our clients.
As a member of the product team, you will be supporting the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with the Tiqmo App. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams, ensuring seamless web and mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. You will be a major contributor as we build the next iteration of our market-leading platform.
What you will do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Quickly and iteratively illustrate design ideas by creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present low and high-fidelity mockups to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on stakeholders' and user feedback.
- Adherence to branding guidelines and style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
- A portfolio of own design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Sketch, and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of computer languages such as HTML, JS, CSS, etc. is beneficial.
- Team spirit; excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Good time-management skills
