Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that user needs are met through the design of engaging and easy-to-use interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into visually stunning UI designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Design and implement visual elements such as icons, buttons, and other interface components to ensure a cohesive user interface design.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
