Ups Presales Engineer

Hermes Electric, a well-established regional leader in electrical products, services, and solutions since 1956, is currently hiring a UPS Presales Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite role suited for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in UPS systems and a customer-focused mindset.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by delivering tailored UPS solutions, preparing technical and commercial documentation, and engaging with customers through technical discussions and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the presales cycle
• Design and recommend UPS solutions based on specific customer requirements
• Prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, including submittals
• Conduct product demonstrations and participate in technical meetings with clients
• Ensure a high standard of customer service on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience working with UPS systems
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills
• Prior customer-facing presales experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
