Description:
We’re hiring a motivated Van Sales Representative to join the Rainbow Division and drive FMCG sales across assigned routes. This is a hands-on role that combines sales, delivery, merchandising, and customer relationship management — ideal for someone who is fit, outgoing, and used to working independently on the road.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage assigned sales routes, ensuring timely delivery of products and accurate invoicing.
- Sell and promote FMCG products at retail outlets, maximizing daily sales targets.
- Merchandize displays, set up promotional materials, and ensure products are presented to trade standards.
- Handle stock loading/unloading, inventory checks, and maintain accurate return & delivery records.
- Collect cash or manage POS transactions responsibly and keep daily sales reports up to date.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and trade customers to secure repeat business.
- Report route issues, market feedback, and competitor activity to the supervisor.
Candidate requirements:
- Graduate or currently studying (undergraduate acceptable).
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in van sales (experience without a helper preferred).
- Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory) and comfortable driving a company van.
- Familiarity with FMCG trade operations and retail merchandising.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi is preferred.
- Up to 30 years of age, physically fit, and willing to relocate within the UAE if required.
- Quick learner, resilient, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
