Vehicle Procurement Specialist

Description:

A growing automotive organization is seeking an experienced Vehicle Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end vehicle sourcing and procurement activities across local and international markets. The role requires a professional with strong market knowledge and experience in automotive procurement, supplier relationships, and cost-effective inventory management.

The successful candidate will handle sourcing from auctions, dealer networks, and fleet disposals while ensuring compliance with UAE import/export regulations, customs procedures, and RTA processes. Candidates currently based in the UAE with relevant automotive market experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle sourcing activities across UAE, GCC, and international markets including Europe, USA, Asia, and Africa.

• Negotiate purchase prices, deal structures, and procurement budgets.

• Build and maintain relationships with auction houses, dealers, and fleet companies.

• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations, customs requirements, and RTA processes.

• Monitor market trends, inventory levels, and procurement performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in vehicle procurement, automotive trading, or fleet acquisition.

• Experience in GCC or international automotive markets is strongly preferred.

• UAE driving licence required.

• Fluent in English.

• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
