Vendor Registration & Marketing Officer

HSJB Global is currently hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Vendor Registration & Marketing Officer to join its growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will manage vendor registration and pre-qualification processes while supporting the marketing department to strengthen company visibility within the industrial equipment manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vendor registration and pre-qualification procedures in line with company standards.
• Maintain and regularly update the vendor database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with internal departments to evaluate vendor performance and capability.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to boost brand recognition.
• Support tender documentation and bid submission processes.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
✅ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement, or marketing (preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector).
✅ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficient in MS Office and vendor management tools.
✅ Ability to multitask efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
