Veterinary Clinic Receptionist

We are hiring a Veterinary Clinic Receptionist to join a friendly and professional veterinary clinic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an energetic, client-focused individual who enjoys working with people, has a passion for animals, and is comfortable supporting both front-desk operations and basic marketing or sales activities.

The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and friendly approach
• Managing appointments, incoming calls, messages, and front-desk coordination
• Assisting with clinic marketing activities and promotional initiatives
• Supporting sales efforts and building strong, long-term client relationships
• Acting as the friendly face and voice of the veterinary clinic

Requirements for this role include:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service-focused position
• Interest or prior exposure to marketing and sales activities
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform well in a busy clinic environment
• Genuine love for animals is a strong advantage
