Description:
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to take full ownership of our revenue engine. Today, our commercial efforts are driven by a small team – a Head of Partnerships and two freelance sales professionals – supported by a strong pipeline of leads from events like GITEX Global and targeted outreach campaigns.
What we need is a seasoned revenue leader who will build structure, discipline, and scale into our go-to-market motion. This is not a "strategic advisor" role. This is a hands-on, operational leadership position for someone who lives and breathes SaaS sales execution.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
▸ Revenue Strategy & Execution
Define and execute the complete go-to-market strategy for Amira AI's product portfolio. Own the full revenue number – new business, expansion, renewals, and partner-driven revenue. Build a structured, repeatable sales process from lead qualification through close. Establish and track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasting with rigorous discipline.
▸ Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. Integrate and lead the existing team into a cohesive revenue unit. Implement daily standups, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly business reviews – nothing falls through the cracks.
▸ Pipeline & Lead Management
Take ownership of hundreds of qualified leads from GITEX, outbound campaigns, and inbound channels. Ensure every lead is followed up, qualified, and moved through the funnel systematically. Implement and optimize CRM workflows, lead scoring, and automated follow-up sequences.
▸ Partner & Enterprise Sales
Drive enterprise sales motions with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Develop and scale the white-label partner channel as a core revenue driver. Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with telcos, BPOs, and system integrators.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must-Have:
→ 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership, 5+ years in a VP Sales or equivalent role
→ Proven track record building and scaling sales teams from early-stage to high-performing organizations
→ Deep experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions (€50K to €500K+ ARR deal sizes)
→ Hands-on operator who leads from the front – you still get on calls, close deals, and coach reps
→ Experience with partner/channel sales models, ideally white-label or platform context
→ Strong understanding of AI, voice technology, or contact center space
→ Fluent in English; German is a plus
