As a skilled Real Estate Video Content Creator and Editor, you will create, direct, edit, shoot and manage all the audio-visual assets for posting on social media and supporting concepts for various digital platforms. Your job role includes constantly being proactive in developing new ideas and concepts to try. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills to pick up quickly on trends and leverage on opportunities. You should also have an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. Your core skill is to be a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Shooting with various camera equipment proficiently, employing knowledge of cinematography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Experience in video directing and editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe after Effects to create compelling visual content, demonstrating a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with sound editing and audio mixing.
• Pay excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve, plan and align work to ensure accountability.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years in Video Content Creation & Editing within the UAE.
• Proven video Content creation & production experience with a real estate portfolio
• Good English speaker.
