Video Creators And Creative Producers

Description:

LPS Brands is looking for bright/ talented video creators and creative producers for their Video Rooms team working on Tiktok & Reels. New Age 2.0 Storytellers to build content for its client brands and its in-house agency.

Role: Full time/ Managerial/ Paid Internship (depending upon readiness)

Prefer candidates who can join immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Create content for multiple brands on social 2.0 platforms like tiktok & reels; working with our in house accounts and production teams

- Mobile-first content creator adept in shooting reels & tiktok content with mobile device and DSLR. Must have knowledge of edits (VN/CapCut/Premiere Pro), storyboarding, original ideas & market trends.

- Should be a proactive/ fast learner

- Should be an active account user on short-form video platforms like tiktok & reels

- Should be a ninja at creating short-form videos - develop ideas, connect it with trends, shoot and execute, edit with a lean turnaround

- Should be comfortable working on on ground shoots; liasoning with production and client teams

- Should be passionate to grow brand communities on social platforms; constantly learning tactics to grow communities for brands

- Should effectively read daily trends/ hashtags and translate them into brand content on tiktok; should have the interest and appetite to create multiple content pieces on tiktok everyday

- Agile and flexible to turn around real-time content/ ideas to tiktok & reels, in a short period of time; highly sensitive to timelines and content commitments; Should be able to create videos at 1.6 X efficiency than normal speed/ scope
