A confidential company based in Al Nahda 1, Dubai, is seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Photographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content for a broad range of events and clients. This full-time role demands a blend of creativity, technical skills, and excellent client interaction abilities to deliver exceptional video and photography services that exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their vision, and translating it into compelling visual stories. Key tasks include capturing high-resolution photos and videos at various events, producing polished video edits and photo galleries, and maintaining professional-grade equipment to ensure reliability for every shoot.

The role also requires staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies in videography and photography, as well as the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic nature of event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality videos and photographs at events and client projects.

• Edit and produce engaging video content and photo galleries that effectively represent client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative input.

• Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment in excellent condition.

• Keep updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve output quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer with a strong, diverse portfolio.

• Proficiency with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).

• Knowledge of lighting, sound equipment, camera techniques, and composition.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients.

• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
