RMA Motors, a premium automotive company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Videographer, Photographer, and Content Creator to join their creative team. This role is ideal for someone who combines a love for storytelling with technical prowess in visual media and a deep passion for the automotive world.

As a key content specialist within the organization, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals and producing impactful digital content that aligns with the brand’s dynamic identity. The content you create will directly shape RMA Motors’ online presence, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

Your Mission:

• Capture and produce high-quality video and photography content for a variety of platforms including car listings, social media, advertising campaigns, and branding materials.

• Drive the visual representation of RMA Motors by crafting compelling narratives around automobiles and lifestyle themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video shoots and photo sessions featuring vehicles, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.

• Edit and enhance videos for digital platforms using industry-standard tools, maintaining a consistent brand tone and professional polish.

• Create engaging content tailored to the demands of social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Partner with the marketing team to align creative execution with broader business goals and promotional strategies.

• Stay on top of emerging trends in the content and automotive landscape to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and post-production.

• Strong command of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

• A deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and creative direction.

• Awareness of social media advertising standards and trends.

• A portfolio showcasing a range of work – automotive content is a strong plus.

• Valid UAE driving license is essential due to the nature of automotive work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or a related discipline.
