Description:
The Visa Consultant is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally traveling. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their travel by assisting them to obtain visas and other related travel documentation.
Job responsibilities:
- The Visa Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Visa Assistance Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit
- The Visa Consultant must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- The Visa and Immigration Consultant must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Making and receiving calls from the leads provided by the company to answer their questions.
- Generate leads from calls, referrals, social media, and in-house calls.
Key skills and qualifications of a Visa Consultant:
- Experience in similar field for minimum of 2 years
- Must be ambitious and goal-oriented.
- Have excellent spoken English skills.
- Ready to learn, active, and intelligent thinking candidates are required.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa Consultancy.
