Description:
The Visual Content Producer is responsible for the end-to-end creation of photo and video
content for CarniStore. This role owns the conceptualisation, planning, shooting, directing, and
delivery of visual assets across product, brand, lifestyle, and activation content.
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused position. The Visual Content Producer is not
responsible for social media management or publishing, but works closely with the Marketing
and Social Media Manager to supply high-quality, ready-to-use visual content aligned with
CarniStore’s brand DNA.
Key Responsibilities :
Content & Production :
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for video and photography content across products, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Translate briefs into clear concepts, shot lists, and simple scripts
- Plan and manage shoots end-to-end, including locations, props, talent, schedules, and equipment
- Shoot high-quality video and photography content for products, lifestyle, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit content for social-first formats including short and long form video, reels, stories, and carousels, optimised for platform specifications (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Direct on-camera talent including team members, chefs, partners, and collaborators to
- achieve natural and confident performances
- Execute clean lighting, framing, sound, and composition across both studio and on-location shoots
- Ensure all content aligns with CarniStore’s visual tone, quality standards, and overall brand direction
Post-Production :
- Edit video content into polished, platform-ready deliverables
- Retouch and colour-grade photography to maintain a consistent visual language
- Produce multiple content formats and ratios including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 as required
- Deliver final assets within agreed timelines with clear versioning and naming conventions
- Maintain an organised archive of raw footage, selects, and final assets
Always-On Content & Campaign Support :
- Produce a consistent flow of content supporting:
- Product launches across CarniStore channels including website, app, and physical retail
- Food-focused content including cuts, grills, preparation, fire, and serving moments
- Brand culture, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
- Collaborations, partnerships, and community activations
- Support campaign and activation shoots, including on-ground coverage where required
- Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Social teams to ensure content requirements are met efficiently
Profile :
- 3–6+ years of experience in videography, photography, or content production
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Proficiency in photo editing tools including Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail and visual composition
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience :
- Experience shooting food, product, or lifestyle content
- Studio product photography experience, including e-commerce and creative sets
- Basic motion graphics or title animation skills
- Experience covering events and brand activations
- Familiarity with brand-led or consumer-facing businesses
- Strong understanding of visual formats across modern digital platforms
